Cancellation

1. Token Refund

Your Rs.500 booking token is fully refundable in the following situations:

• The harvest fails to meet our quality standards
• We are unable to fulfil your order for any reason
• You choose not to confirm after the final price announcement
• You cancel before the price-lock day (see below)

2. Price-Lock Day

Approximately 2 weeks before the scheduled dispatch, we will send you the confirmed variety, grade, and final price via email and SMS. This is the price-lock day. After this communication, you have 48 hours to confirm or cancel.

3. Cancellation Before Price-Lock

You may cancel your booking at any time before the price-lock notification. Your Rs.500 token will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days to the original payment source.

4. Cancellation After Confirmation

Once you confirm the final price and pay the balance, the order is locked for fulfilment and cannot be cancelled. If there is a quality issue upon delivery, contact us within 24 hours of receipt at hello@yanl.in.

5. Harvest Failure Refund

In the event that the harvest does not meet our quality bar — due to weather, pest, or any other reason — all booking tokens will be refunded in full, with no action required from your end. We will notify you via email and process refunds within 5–7 business days.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@yanl.in with your name and booking reference. Refunds are processed back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
