1. What We Collect

When you make a booking on yanl.in or contact us, we collect:

• Your name
• Mobile number
• Email address (if provided)
• Delivery address (Delhi NCR)
• Payment reference number

2. How We Use It

Your data is used solely for:

• Managing your mango pre-booking
• Sending harvest updates and price-lock notifications via email and SMS
• Coordinating delivery to your address
• Processing refunds if applicable

3. Where It Is Stored

In v1, booking data is maintained in a private Google Sheet accessible only to the yanL. Naturals team. No third-party booking platform or CRM is used. Your data does not leave this system.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party. We do not use your data for advertising.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking records for one season (approximately 12 months) for accounting and quality follow-up purposes. After that, records are deleted unless you have an active relationship with us.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@yanl.in. We will respond within 7 business days.
